Culinary: Bloody Good Mary

I have never been a big fan of Bloody Mary’s,  1. I’m not a fan of vodka 2. I’m not a big fan of tomato juice. BUT after making a million and one Bloody Good Mary’s at The Brick House Tavern & Tap, I finally decided to give one a try being that they are not your typical Bloody Mary.

The touch of Guinness and pickle juice help break up the vodka and tomato juice. Also the appetizer garnish, and pork rind rimmer help distract my taste buds. On top of the beautiful presentation i have to say I am pretty impressed. Although they can be a pain to make, especially when I am entertaining a full bar, they are definitely a great menu item. Stop in an try one for your self!
